Job Title: Night Supervisor

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a Night Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of Health Needs: Identify on-going care and services needs of residents, ensure proper evaluation, follow-through, and documentation for residents with a change in condition or health care requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance: Strive for excellent quality care and service delivery, demonstrate and be knowledgeable about key quality improvement areas, and actively participate in Sunrise Quality Assurance & Clinical Meetings.
  • Medication Programs: Regularly monitor each resident's medication and treatment profile, accurately and promptly transcribe, and or update physician orders in the resident's electronic health record.
  • Resident Care: Respond to guest/resident, family and/or visitors' request(s) in a timely and professional manner, maintain confidentiality of all resident information, and review, update, and document changes in residents' physical and/or behavioral condition.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of approved college/school of nursing.
  • Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
