Responsibilities

As a People Analytics Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR analytics and reporting initiatives across all lines of business and corporate functions in General Office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of automated predictive analytics and systematic reporting processes, providing actionable insights to company leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources, including HR systems, surveys, and performance evaluations.
* Clean and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, turnover, and engagement.

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization (proficiency in tools such as Excel, R, Python, SQL, and PowerBI).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
* Solid understanding of HR concepts and principles, with a passion for applying analytics to solve real-world business challenges.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
