Job Overview

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise inventory management of window cleaning tools and confirm their operational status.
- Manage commercial client accounts and liaise with customer representatives.
- Handle financial transactions, including payments and deposits.
- Lead a team of cleaners, conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for window cleaning staff.
- Conduct weekly safety training sessions for the cleaning team and maintain records of safety incidents.
- Strategically expand the commercial customer base through proactive sales outreach and follow-up communications.
- Perform window cleaning tasks regularly as part of operational duties.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 60 lbs.
- Proficient in repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
- Able to work with arms raised overhead.
- Capacity to bend and squat to ground level.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures from 0 to 110 degrees.
- Competent in assembling, lifting, and climbing ladders up to 30 feet.

Qualifications:
