Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Phlebotomist to operate in a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service, execute proficient specimen collections, and represent the organization effectively. You will also have the chance for ongoing professional development within the company.

Incentive Program:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
  • Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity tests.
  • Accurately enter patient information into the system in a timely manner.
  • Process billing details and collect payments as necessary.
  • Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Travel to additional locations as needed.
Qualifications:
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. In accordance with applicable law, all prospective hires must provide proof of vaccination or qualify for medical or religious exemptions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited organization is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a phlebotomist is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
