Anesthesia Group Practice, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Anesthesia Specialist to join our team at St. Elizabeth - Dearborn in Southeastern Indiana.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and autonomous practitioner to work collaboratively with our team, providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various procedures, including OB, neuro, ortho, vascular, ophthalmic, and general cases.

**About the Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Advanced Anesthesia Specialist, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Administer anesthesia according to established protocols and guidelines* Manage patient records, including medical history, medication lists, and test results* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and treatment plans* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

**What We Offer**

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $182,000 to $224,650*, with additional 7.5 to 15% profit-sharing*. You will also receive a $60,000 Sign-on bonus*. Our benefits include generous 7.5% to 15% company contribution to your retirement plan, free breakfast and lunch daily, and opportunities for overtime, differentials, and bonuses.

**Requirements**
