Position Overview

As a Point of Sale Associate, you will operate under the guidance of the Director of Base Operations, delivering exceptional customer service while managing point of sale systems and cash registers. Your role will involve accurately handling cash transactions, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
  • Manage cash handling and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
  • Restock supplies in the season pass area and ticket booth.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about guest service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. A passion for skiing or snowboarding is a plus, as you will be interacting with fellow enthusiasts at the ticket window or cashier station.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: A minimum of three months of experience in public interaction and cash handling is necessary.
