Job Title: Sales Clerk

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Sales Clerk to join our team in a retail environment. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and cleaning the sales floor.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and counting inventory.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, processing shipments, and maintaining store displays.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
