About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Supervisor Associate to join our team at Autism Spectrum Interventions. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for supervising programs, training behavior therapists, and overseeing the quality of each individual's program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and supervise One-to-One Interventionists and Lead Interventionists
  • Write and revise progress reports and FBA reports
  • Assess new consumers and write assessment reports
  • Monitor and advance consumers' program progress
  • Collaborate with parents and other personnel working with the consumer
  • Train parents and caregivers regarding behavior analytic concepts and intervention plans
  • Provide ABA therapy in an individual or group capacity, including social skills groups
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis, report writing, and scheduling

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience providing ABA interventions with individuals with ASD, MR, PDD, CP, or other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Completed livescan fingerprint check and recent tuberculosis test
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds
