We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Critical Care Transport team at Ascension Health. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical activities and resources within our critical care transport department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate staff scheduling and training activities.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care.
- Perform quality assurance studies and assist with the implementation of quality assurance and/or improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor departmental compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience or 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, or RN preferred.
- Entry-level leadership work experience preferred.
