Job Summary

C2 GPS Rural Capital Area is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Career Advisor to join our team. As a Career Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing career counseling and coaching to help customers enhance their training and professional skillset in order to obtain employment in their desired field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive career assessments to determine occupational interests and aptitude.
  • Influence and empower job seekers and program participants to find employment.
  • Guide job seekers through the career development & exploration process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Previous related workforce experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
