We are seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator III to join our team at Xpressdocs. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed sheetfed presses, ensuring quality and efficiency in our printing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Heidelberg 40" sheetfed presses, ensuring accurate and efficient production of printed materials.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor and control press settings, ink levels, and paper quality to ensure high-quality prints.
  • Document and report any issues or concerns related to press operations, including downtime and maintenance needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience setting up and operating multi-color sheetfed presses.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Technical equipment repair experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 80% of the time and move safely over uneven terrain.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with loud machinery and confined spaces.
