Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team at National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. in Sharonville, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and document essential information about repossessed vehicles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured inventory of vehicles, including photographs and detailed records.
  • Manage appointments, delivery times, and transport information with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling personal property pick-ups and vehicle redemptions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain a detailed record of daily deliveries and shipments to ensure a well-organized inventory.
  • Assist Repossession Agents as needed, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Review lot inventory and schedule transportation for vehicles that require delivery.
  • Clean and organize personal property from vehicles, accurately inventorying and marking them with proper identification.
  • Monitor the property area, removing outdated property to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the automotive field, warehouse, recovery, or collections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, including the ability to operate a tablet with apps.
  • Working knowledge of the repossession process, account handling, and vendor communication (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work well with diverse customers and workforce populations.
  • Assertive, with effective investigative and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed and prioritize workload for adherence to strict deadlines.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Physically able to use a tablet, laptop, and cell phone, as well as sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with the public.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting at $16/hour with room for growth after the 90-day review.
  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

  • Receive a monthly bonus based on company performance, with the potential for up to an additional $1200 per year.
