As a Vehicle Lot Coordinator, you will be integral to the efficient management of our vehicle lot operations. Your responsibilities will include verifying, organizing, and documenting vital information regarding repossessed vehicles. This role offers the excitement of outdoor work and the chance to collaborate with a diverse team, making it an excellent entry point into the automotive recovery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicles secured overnight are accounted for on the lot, accurately documenting details such as the last six digits of the VIN, client information, key status, and drivability.
- Utilize your photography skills to capture and upload images of repossessed vehicles, maintaining thorough records.
- Efficiently manage appointments, delivery schedules, and transport logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service during personal property pick-ups and vehicle redemptions.
- Maintain detailed records of daily deliveries and shipments to ensure organized inventory management.
- Assist Repossession Agents as necessary, demonstrating a collaborative spirit.
- Review lot inventory and coordinate transportation for vehicles needing delivery.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills by clearing personal belongings from vehicles and accurately inventorying them.
- Monitor the property area, removing outdated items to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members across various locations.
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in automotive, warehouse, recovery, or collections sectors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to operate a tablet and relevant applications.
- Familiarity with the repossession process, account management, and vendor communication is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
- Able to work well with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Assertive with strong investigative and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Physically capable of using a tablet, laptop, and cell phone, as well as sitting or standing for extended periods.

- Starting pay at $16/hour with potential for growth following a review period.
- Standard work hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
