The selected individual will work closely with the Controller, gaining insights into the company's operational and accounting frameworks. Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills are crucial for performing accurate accounting calculations and entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare General Ledger entries in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Gather invoices, authorizations, and shipping documents related to received goods and services.
  • Process payments to vendors and service providers promptly using various methods.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive filing systems.
  • Record and verify customer payments and transactions associated with accounts receivable.
  • Generate invoices following company protocols and submit them to clients.
  • Reconcile daily financial records from retail operations, including sales and loyalty program transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
