Job Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
  • Assist with patient treatments and interventions as directed by the physical therapist
  • Document patient progress and respond to treatment
  • Counsel and educate patients and caregivers on healthcare-related needs
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in Michigan
  • At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist assistant in the last 5 years
  • Active CPR certification
