We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Interim Healthcare of West Michigan. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary assessments of patients and develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Assist physical therapists in documenting patient progress and responding to treatment.
  • Counsel and educate patients and their families on healthcare-related needs and promote patient progress toward mutually established goals.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and planning for discharge.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Michigan.
  • At least two years of experience as a physical therapist assistant in the last five years.
  • Active CPR certification.
