About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled RN I to join our team in the Emergency Department at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and families, and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care. We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic professional nursing care that is safe and effective and focused on the patient and family. You will also participate in interdisciplinary shared decision making activities and contribute to the improvement of patient care, nursing practice and the work environment by identifying and providing feedback on areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a novice level of understanding and application of the AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care
- Consistently provides safe and effective nursing care at a novice level

Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma
- Related Field - 6 months of experience

Education and Experience:
This role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma, as well as 6 months of experience in a related field.
