Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to healthcare providers
  • Assist with patient exams, procedures, and collection of specimens
  • Retrieve laboratory and radiology test results and instruct patients on medications and treatment
  • Stock supplies and prepare exam rooms and instruments for examinations and testing
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and refer patients as necessary
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • MA Certification from the AAMA, NCCT, NHA, or RMA required
  • Healthcare provider level CPR/BLS certification required
  • 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience
