About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing comprehensive care to patients and families with complex healthcare needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments and prioritizing patient needs
  • Developing and implementing teaching plans to promote patient education and empowerment
  • Exercising judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care and refer patients to appropriate resources

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or Associate's degree in nursing with relevant experience
  • A valid Texas nursing license and current CPR certification
