Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and dispatchers, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Create and prepare delivery routes for drivers, optimizing routes for efficiency and safety.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss operational updates, address concerns, and provide training and coaching to team members.
  • Train new hires on safe driving procedures, routing, and other essential skills.
  • Maintain accurate log books and vehicle inspection records, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Evaluate and conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Assist pharmacy managers and radiation safety officers with projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure a safe and efficient pharmacy operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related pharmacy experience, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Aptitude for supervisory skills, with a proven track record of coaching and motivating team members.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems.
