We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key strategic role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and onboard new employees to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by advising employees and managers on equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment policies.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement personnel policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with top management to develop and implement business strategies, including annual budget planning and decision-making initiatives.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize job fairs and open houses to enhance the hiring experience and ensure new hires receive comprehensive onboarding.
  • Performance Management: Assess employee performance and training needs, and suggest changes to policies and procedures as needed.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Research industry standards and create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
  • HR Operations: Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Attend meetings with other managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Exit Procedures: Oversee exit interviews and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • HR Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are essential.
  • Onboarding and Recruiting Expertise: Extensive knowledge of onboarding processes and recruiting strategies is required.
  • Reliability and Certification: Ability to reliably commute to the Miami area and certification in the field (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRMP, HRBP) is required.
