Job Summary:This role involves providing timely, efficient service for an assigned product and/or service center internal and external customer. The ideal candidate will ensure that we are providing extraordinary care to our customers through workflow management and meeting all required service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customer.
- Ensure extraordinary care to customers through workflow management and meeting service level agreements.
- Process business requests according to government regulations, contract provisions, and internal procedures and controls.
- Adhere to high standards of professional conduct consistent with the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Maintain current knowledge of contract and product provisions, administration of Client's products, processing systems, and related federal and state regulations.
- Integrate lean methodology into daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles.
- Consult and interpret contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers, and other operating units.
- High school studies.
- Undergraduate studies desirable. Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC desirable.
- Looking for bilingual candidates; customer service representatives for Life New Business phone team.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must have strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with agents.
