Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting across our diagnostics and medical devices divisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of finance experience, with a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $109,300 - $218,500, commensurate with experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement.
