As an Associate Integration Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and configuring software solutions to support our mission-critical systems.

As a member of our National Integration Services team, you'll work closely with other engineers to build relationships and drive technical solutions. You'll participate in Agile development environments, attend daily standups and sprint planning activities, and develop unit test plans to ensure the quality of our software solutions.

We're looking for a highly motivated and technically curious individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and be able to work independently to achieve goals. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile development environments
  • Design, develop, and configure software solutions
  • Develop unit test plans and support customer testing
  • Assist in the deployment of new capabilities, upgrades, and fixes to the production environment
  • Provide production support assistance
  • Support integration service release management activities and validate deployments
  • Participate in defect and incident root cause analyses
  • Provide active and constructive communication with other engineers
  • Maintain security in accordance with Bank security policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Technical Education/Degree: Associate in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or another related field
  • Highly motivated and technically curious
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of one programming language
