Job Description:The Controller will play a key strategic role in our clients' financial success. This position will act as an extension of the client's team, providing financial guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can work collaboratively with our team and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage client relationships and provide financial guidance and support
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and analysis to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the accounting and financial operations of our clients
- Consult on and implement financial technology and systems
- Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance (or Business Equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with our team and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
