Job Description:

A Controller is a key member of our team, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and business operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead and manage the accounting and financial teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest financial expertise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
