**Job Summary**

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of a single store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store meets operational standards, achieves profitability, and maintains a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide overall leadership and supervision to store operations, including management of staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in a fast-paced service environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of success in operations management, including experience with inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
