  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Configure and stage new equipment and software
  • Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in IT service delivery
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • BA or equivalent technical school degree preferred or equivalent experience, industry certifications a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow experience
  • Hardware break-fix assistance
  • PC imaging processes and procedures
  • Troubleshooting
  • Mobile phone support
  • Audio Visual support

This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to be extended past this initial timeframe. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and will be paid $27 per hour.
