Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver - Receiving Clerk to join our team at Lincoln Electric. As a key member of our Distribution/Logistics department, you will be responsible for performing local pickup and delivery duties, as well as supporting the Shipping/Receiving Department when not driving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Fori Automation Stake truck and pickup truck for local collection and delivery needs.
  • Safely secure all cargo for transit on the truck using straps, chains or other means necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspection of vehicles before leaving Fori Automation.
  • Responsible for completing paperwork and signage for each load.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekend days as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in the use of a fork truck and overhead crane.
  • Loads and unloads trailers for shipments.
  • Inspect all incoming material for damage and proper quantity against shippers.
  • Maintains clean and organized work area.
  • Prepare, stage, and load packages to be shipped.
  • Verify packing lists are correct to contents received.
  • Perform all required data entry for Shipping/Receiving functions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1 year in material handling capacity.
  • Must have a valid Michigan Chauffeurs license.
  • Must have a valid hi-lo license.
