We are seeking a highly skilled Polysomnography Tech Lead to join our team at UF Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sleep center, ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide educational oversight and guidance to sleep center staff
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and improvement activities
  • Collaborate with sleep medicine providers to collect, analyze, and integrate patient information
  • Meet all registry and licensure requirements for Sleep Technologists
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of sleep disorders, treatment options, and best practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in polysomnography
  • Demonstrated competency in PSG, CPAP, BiPAP, MSLT, MWT, Actigraphy, and ASV
  • BRPT certification (R)
  • PSGT or AASM certification (RST)
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical Sleep Educator certification eligible
  • Associate's degree or completion of an accredited or nationally recognized program in Polysomnography
