Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging and addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train sales floor associates to ensure they are meeting customer service standards.
  • Assist with the supervision of sales floor operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, including analyzing and applying information from multiple sources, monitoring progress and results, and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools, determining customer needs and business priorities, coordinating and executing work assignments, providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Leading a team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
