Position Overview
We are in search of a Renewable Energy Legal Associate to become a vital part of our Energy Department, located in either Minneapolis or Madison.

Key Responsibilities
This associate will engage in various tasks including:
- Conducting research
- Drafting legal memoranda
- Participating in motion practice
- Performing due diligence on environmental issues related to renewable energy, electric power, transmission, pipelines, advanced biofuels, and innovative energy technologies.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in and commitment to developing a practice in energy regulation.

Qualifications
Preferred candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 2-3+ years of relevant legal or litigation experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and writing capabilities
- A solid academic foundation
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- An active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with the ability to obtain admission in Minnesota or Wisconsin promptly.
