Position Summary:

We are in search of a committed Marketing Coordinator who possesses a proven track record of effective collaboration across teams and the ability to support colleagues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Creating engaging social media content to enhance brand visibility and communicate educational philosophies.
  • Developing marketing materials such as brochures, informational handouts, and project summaries.
  • Collaborating on special projects as assigned by the sales manager.
  • Conducting market research to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assisting with various team projects and operational requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms including Google/Bing Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Availability to work during early evenings and weekends.
