Customer Service Representative

Ebrandon is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
