Job Opportunity: Surface Electronics Combat Systems Specialist

Tech-Marine Business Inc is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Team Ships Front Office. This position offers a unique chance to leverage expertise in Surface Electronics and Combat Systems, supporting the DIRECTOR, SURFACE SHIP MAINTENANCE, MODERNIZATION & SUSTAINMENT (SEA 21) leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-demand support services to senior officers, offering timely and professional advice on analytics, strategic planning, and communication strategies.
  • Serve as a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, and Cyber (C5I) Subject Matter Expert, applying technical knowledge to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead teams across multiple warfare enterprises, promoting collaboration and innovation in Combat Systems, Operations, and Weapons Departments.
  • Develop and manage knowledge management systems, facilitating data-driven insights and recommendations for SEA 21 Leadership.
  • Proactively respond to short- and long-term tasking from senior leaders, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and communication solutions.
Qualifications
  • Must be a United States citizen with active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Must have held a US Navy CWO/LDO position in the Electronics/Combat Systems field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent U.S. military service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to interact effectively with senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Proven customer service skills, along with experience in management and team leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
