Role Overview:

We are currently in search of a Front Desk Supervisor - Full Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Assist with reservations, pre-registrations, and room assignments.
  • Support large groups during their arrival process.
  • Provide insights about the local area, guiding guests to dining, shopping, and other attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Process payments in accordance with established procedures, including credit card authorizations.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of cash, checks, and credit cards at the end of each shift.
  • Respond to inquiries and cater to guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests or concerns effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a friendly and outgoing personality, dedicated to achieving guest satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and is a team player.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to work a set schedule and take on additional shifts as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
