The Opportunity

We're looking for a Specialist to join our award-winning Investment Solutions team. You'll oversee cross-channel campaigns across multiple clients and a variety of industry verticals to deliver meaningful business results. You will work collaboratively to guide the strategy and ensure seamless cross-channel execution. You'll also contribute to agency initiatives, working closely with the channel Directors to push the agency digital investment practice forward.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the set-up and management for campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms within programmatic, paid search, and paid social; with help from associates
  • Contribute to innovative tactical recommendations that latter up to client's strategic approach
  • Analyze and capture insights from performance metrics to help inform optimization strategy and tactical plans
  • Develop great working relationships with sales reps, internal teams, and clients through strong communication skills
  • Aid in training department on new processes, industry updates, and best practices across search, social and programmatic
  • Contribute to competitive, marketplace analysis, and agency POVs
  • Mentor and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior team members

Your Qualifications

  • 1-3 years programmatic experience
  • Experience in paid search and social is a plus
  • Experience in The Trade Desk is a plus
  • 1+ years leading and developing others
  • Intermediate-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
