Job Description:


The Relocation Project Specialist will assist the Manager in managing all tasks related to relocation projects. This includes reviewing details of each project, creating internal tasks and capital projects, adjusting budget forecasts and managing costs revisions, and managing reimbursement, cost recovery, and billing tasks.


Responsibilities:



  • Assist in reviewing details of each project, i.e., scope, costs, and schedule.
  • Create internal tasks and capital projects.
  • Adjust budget forecasts and manage costs revisions.
  • Manage reimbursement, cost recovery, and billing tasks.
  • Work in a cross-functional environment with Outside Plant Managers, Fiber Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Billing.
  • Assist Manager in creating / maintaining reports and analyzing data to established metrics.
  • Assist with forecasting and reporting against financial targets and project goals.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close and reporting responsibilities.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations (internal and external) of financial and operational business results and analysis.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and 5 years of telecom experience. Strong reporting and data management skills, ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively, and excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are required.
