Are you a motivated financial sales professional looking to expand your practice and make a meaningful impact in your community? Allstate is seeking experienced financial services professionals to join our team as Personal Financial Representatives (PFRs).

Your Practice, Your Way

As an Allstate PFR, you'll have the opportunity to build your own financial services practice with the support of Allstate. You'll work closely with Allstate agency owners to drive new business in your community and access new revenue streams.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred
  • Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales
  • Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative, or Investment Representative preferred
  • Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, and LUTCF preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with an emphasis on business preferred
