We are seeking individuals who will:

  • Collaborate with the executive chef to create varied menus that align with both client expectations and company standards.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate all food products.
  • Plan food production to coincide with meal service times, ensuring the quality, temperature, and presentation of dishes are maintained.
  • Prepare high-quality meals that adhere to the established menu and meet location standards, as well as client specifications.
  • Ensure that hygiene and food safety protocols are upheld throughout all stages of food preparation, from ingredient selection to the final dish.
  • Operate large-scale cooking equipment, including grills, deep fryers, and griddles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, including the cleaning and upkeep of food preparation equipment.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor towards colleagues and customers.
  • Respond to and execute instructions from the executive or sous chef.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a cook.
