We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Slime Experience Ambassador at Sloomoo Institute. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a seamless entry to the experience.
  • Efficiently process admissions and manage reservations, maintaining a keen eye on room capacity and guest flow.
  • Take charge of attractions, from slime-making workshops to interactive games and photo ops, bringing energy and enthusiasm to each interaction.
  • Oversee the operation of each experience, ensuring policies and procedures are followed to provide a safe and efficient environment.
  • Scan and redeem tickets, ensuring a smooth transition for guests through various experiences.
  • Adhere to scripts and spiels for each station, providing a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
  • Conduct occasional maintenance and cleaning of props and attractions, ensuring they meet design specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness at all stations, contributing to a safe and inviting environment.
  • Uphold the Sloomoo brand integrity, serving as a brand ambassador both within the experience space and in all external interactions.
  • Ensure safety is always prioritized, addressing and logging any damages or repair needs.
  • Support team members, contributing to a collaborative and positive working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, with a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude, able to handle situations with professionalism.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently, with a genuine passion for fun, creativity, and the Sloomoo brand.
