Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop power distribution systems, instrumentation and controls systems, SCADA, and lighting systems for various civil engineering projects.
- Perform designs and evaluations to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems seamlessly within the overall project design.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Attend client meetings and perform site visits for design and construction.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving electrical-related issues and ensuring design specifications are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Electrical Engineers license in Pennsylvania is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience working on projects with wastewater pumping stations, water treatment systems, SCADA, and lighting system designs.
- Ability to travel within the company's geographic range.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution and instrumentation and control.
- Proficient in power distribution, instrumentation and controls.
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interface hardware and software packages.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and environmental applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D is preferred.
- Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices.
- Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
