As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing power distribution systems, instrumentation and controls systems, SCADA, and lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop power distribution systems, instrumentation and controls systems, SCADA, and lighting systems for various civil engineering projects.
  • Perform designs and evaluations to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems seamlessly within the overall project design.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Attend client meetings and perform site visits for design and construction.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving electrical-related issues and ensuring design specifications are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Electrical Engineers license in Pennsylvania is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience working on projects with wastewater pumping stations, water treatment systems, SCADA, and lighting system designs.
  • Ability to travel within the company's geographic range.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution and instrumentation and control.
  • Proficient in power distribution, instrumentation and controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interface hardware and software packages.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and environmental applications.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D is preferred.
  • Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices.
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
