First Impressions Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented First Impressions Director to join our team at International at Aventura Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Reception: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, business contacts, and team members, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist the President and Community Business Director with correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Mail and Supply Management: Receive, separate, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, as well as assist with ordering supplies.
- Community Liaison: Welcome and engage with community guests, acting as a liaison for the President, department heads, and others.
- Errands and Tasks: Run errands outside the community, including the post office and bank, as assigned.
- File Management: Set up and maintain files, as well as answer phones and keep a log as directed.
- Financial Support: Assist the bookkeeper with billing and maintain receipts and cash receipt books.
- Communication and Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality on all community data, communicate with residents, families, and visitors, and recognize, respond, and report resident emergencies immediately.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of previous experience in a clerical or reception role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe, and excellent customer service skills.
