  • Experience supervising a team of 5 or more employees is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Must be comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing stairs, walking, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
