About Our Mental Health Therapist Role

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team at Resolute Home Care NC. As a therapist, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote client well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC) or holding an associate license with supervision.
  • At least two years' experience in private practice or a clinical setting.
  • A Master's Degree in a human service field.
  • Committed to meeting our caseload minimum policy.
  • Capable of becoming credentialed to receive third-party/private pay insurance.
