Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a healthcare provider for post-acute facilities, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
### Responsibilities
* Provide individualized treatments and medications to residents
* Develop care plans with residents and medical teams
* Administer blood, urine, and fluid samples for lab work
* Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
* Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
* Train nursing staff and supervise them
### Qualifications and Skills
* Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* Graduation from an approved nursing program
* Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
* Strong organizational skills
