Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with physician orders and Aveanna policies
  • Assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary
  • Document all activities, assessments, and care coordination in a timely manner
  • Develop, implement, and update care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies. You should also be proficient in infection control measures and able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies
