Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Sales Associates for our fast-paced retail locations that can provide our customers with fast, friendly, and high-quality service.

The Sales Associate is responsible for a variety of retail functions, such as performing cashier duties, checking, and stocking inventory, general cleaning, and performing opening, mid-shift and closing duties as needed.

This position also requires the preparation and serving of food items at locations where food is served.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS) to our customers each day.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Maintain interior and exterior store appearance according to company housekeeping standards.
  • Merchandising and Sales Floor Operations: Assist in receiving, placing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  • Identify Operational Opportunities: Identify and communicate merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff.
  • Food Preparation and Storage: Work with the Deli Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures.
  • Adhere to Company Policy: Adhere to Company policy and procedures is required.
  • Regular Attendance: Regular attendance is required.
  • Safely Operate Equipment: Safely operate store equipment.
  • Cash Handling: Operation of cash register and responsibility for cash accountability.
  • Shift Paperwork: Completes shift paperwork and other paperwork, such as: price changes, transfers, etc. as directed by Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience: Preferred 1 year of experience in food service restaurant or at the C-Store of QSR level.
  • Certification: Achieving level 1 ServSafe Certification.
  • Availability: Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
