Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor in Psychology to join our faculty pool at College of the Canyons. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses in Psychology, including introductory courses, statistics, and research methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Psychology courses at the college level, including lectures, discussions, and laboratory sessions.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and success.
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Psychology courses at the college level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
