Customer Service Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our front desk team and ensuring that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff and guests, provide clear direction, and assign tasks. You must also be able to remain calm in emergency situations and make decisions based on experience and good judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests, provide clear direction, and assign tasks.
- Complete registration processes, input information into a computer system, and promote HEI Hotels and Resorts.
- Verify credit cards, handle cash, and balance a house bank.
- Answer phones, input messages, and retrieve mail and packages for customers.
- Remain calm in emergency situations, resolve customer complications, and make decisions based on experience and good judgment.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 - $25.00 DOE, along with a range of benefits, including medical and dental programs through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, vision insurance through EyeMed, and a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching funds. Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
- One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external customers.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform behind the front desk.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and prepare complex reports.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
